Mr. Dashrath of Sacred Heart Undertakers, IC Colony, Borivali, Mumbai, did a very good job, from start to finish, of the Funeral of my sister, Maria D'Souza, guiding me all along by taking me to the concerned offices, to fill-out requisite Forms for NOCs. He ensured to carry with him the very required things: from small red-coloured flower petals, wreath, flowered cross, bluetooth-speaker playing "I'M COMING HOME" as my sister 's dead body was being lowered into the grave, etc. After 2 days, he went to the cemetary, and planted a wooden cross on the grave, as was told to me by him after the burial ceremony; and finally emailed to me a photograph of the grave and cross. I never had any problem dealing with him. He is "co-operation" personified. For his job, he charged me reasonably, as he always does. ~ Victor D
